This month brings exciting news and updates as we consolidate all of our chapter communities—Aurelius, Ironclad, Lore, Bodega, and Glyph—under one unified umbrella. We’re calling this unification the Cod3x Alliance, a central hub where all communications, collaborations, and updates across the ecosystem will thrive. Last month, our founder Justin made a special appearance on Jack Nielwold’s podcast, where he engaged in a thought-provoking conversation about the current state of DeFi and what’s next for Cod3x. This in-depth interview sheds light on Justin’s vision for the future and why Cod3x is poised to lead the next wave of innovation. You can watch the full episode here.
In one of the lighter moments of the month, we hosted a community watch party for the much-anticipated Trump vs Kamala debate. It was a fun, lively event where we gathered to watch the drama unfold and enjoy some great conversations.
We also saw the return of Cod3x Club, where we delivered important updates about Aurelius, Lore, and Cod3x itself, setting the stage for what’s to come. Following the updates, Vinyl hosted a Game Day where community members earned Discord XP playing Krunker. A big thank you to everyone who participated!
Announcements
As part of our ongoing efforts to create a more connected and streamlined community experience, we are consolidating all communications under the Cod3x Alliance. From now on, all discussions, events, and updates for each chapter (Aurelius, Ironclad, Lore, and others) will take place within the Cod3x Discord.
The individual chapter servers will soon be placed in read-only mode as we make this transition. This consolidation will allow us to unify our messaging and ensure all our community members are up to speed on the latest developments.
We are also excited to introduce the new Cod3x Points System, which will allow you to earn points through various community actions, eventually redeemable for CDX tokens. You can accumulate points by:
- leveling up in the Discord server,
- writing insightful threads about Cod3x,
- winning at Game Day events, or
- being a lucky winner during our Cod3x livestream giveaways

Aurelius
News & Updates
Aurelius has been abuzz with activity this month, beginning with a competition on X, where participants were challenged to post their best strategies for utilizing the Aurelius money market. The winners shared a 5,000 $AU reward, highlighting the creativity and brain power within our community.
Additionally, our Zealy campaign recently concluded, with participants collectively sharing a reward pool of 10,000 $AU and 875 $wMNT for their dedication and hard work.
Latest Events
We also teamed up with Mantle for a Poker Night event, where the top five players shared a prize pool of 100 MNT and 7,000 $AU. It was an exciting event that brought the community together for a night of fun and competition.

Announcements
We are thrilled to announce the addition of FBTC to the Aurelius markets. By depositing FBTC into Aurelius, you’ll not only be able to earn some great yield but also earn sparks, creating new opportunities for our users to engage with the platform.

News & Updates
In other exciting updates, the oLore discount rate has now dropped to 27.5%, giving users even more incentive to redeem and then stake their Lore! Furthermore, our “Unfurl the Scroll” Zealy campaign wrapped up this month, with a total of 20,000 oLore distributed to participants as a reward for their engagement.
An important update regarding the Lore Initial Farm Offering (IFO) has been shared with the community. For all the details, make sure to check out the official announcement on Discord here.
Latest Events
Our community member Dubem hosted an insightful podcast with Justin, where they discussed the intricacies of Lore and the broader DeFi space. If you missed it, you can listen to the recording here.
Additionally, Lore was recently featured in a Scroll Discord Spotlight Party, where Charles and Samson provided updates on Lore’s latest developments and answered community questions. The entire session was recorded, and you can watch it here.

Announcements
The long-awaited loreUSD officially launched at the beginning of September! If you’re looking for the best way to earn yield on Scroll, loreUSD is your answer. You can now mint loreUSD and stake it for high returns directly through our app.

Ironclad
News & Updates
In a major partnership, Ironclad has joined forces with BetMode, a popular on-chain gaming platform, to bring $ICL into their ecosystem. $ICL tokens will be distributed through weekly incentives and prizes in BetMode’s highly competitive YOLO PvP mode, giving Ironclad and BetMode users even more ways to earn rewards.
We’re also pleased to announce that the final batch of airdrops has been distributed. In line with our commitment to rewarding our most loyal users, this final airdrop was only distributed to our early ember farmers who have remained engaged with the Ironclad platform. We extend our deepest thanks to those who have continued to support us.
In collaboration with Mode, ICHI and Kim Exchange, brand new single-sided ICHI vaults have been launched for iUSD and ICL! We have yet to officially announce them, but rewards will start streaming soon for the following vaults:
- ETH-iUSD
- MODE-ICL
- iUSD-ICL
