February was a massive month for Cod3x! From hosting the biggest DeFAI summit in the space to rolling out huge updates for Cod3x Create and launching the long-awaited $CDX token, we kept the momentum strong. Let’s dive into everything that went down.

Cod3x Joins SIA (Sophon Intelligence Agency)

Cod3x Create v0.5 Upgrade
One of the biggest updates for Cod3x Create dropped last month—moving from v0.1 to v0.5 with intent-based execution! Users can now schedule goals or tasks and set predefined conditions for execution whenever they want. Triggers can be set as frequently as every minute.
New Features
No-prompt agent creation – Use buttons and sliders to design your agent’s personality, social strategy, and trading style instead of prompts.
User-driven reinforcement training – Give direct feedback to help your agent learn and adapt.
Custom plugin creation – Add your own data sources and functionality to your agent.

DeFAI Summit 2025
Cod3x hosted the first-ever DeFAI Summit, bringing together the top minds in AI and DeFi for a three-hour deep dive into how we can build smarter, more accessible, and more efficient financial systems.
The summit featured three panels—Product, Investment, and Infrastructure—with guests like @yashhsm, @MurrLincoln, @markjeffrey, @nick_emmons, @Cookie3_com, @lex_node, @spaceodili, and more.

$CDX Token Launch
At the end of the DeFAI Summit, we launched $CDX! The token went live on Base and Solana immediately and is bridgeable through Hyperlane.

In the days leading up to launch, we shared our token distribution strategy, explaining why we ditched the low-float, high-FDV model in favor of high-float, low-FDV—giving the market what it needs to distribute CDX efficiently from day one.

The Future of MRPs
Cod3x is streamlining its operations by reducing exposure to underperforming deployments. Each contract reduction represents a calculated step toward minimizing operational risk. While startup environments naturally involve risk-taking, certain deployments have not generated sufficient returns to justify continued maintenance.
We want to assure all users that funds remain secure as we systematically de-risk from lower TVL applications. Users will be able to close and withdraw active positions but not add or create new positions. The following protocols will be discontinued:
- Glyph deployment on Fraxtal will be sunset.
- Aurelius on Mantle and Lore on Scroll will conclude operations, with their respective treasuries being distributed to token holders.
- The Granary Finance protocol will be withdrawn from all chains including Fantom, Optimism, Arbitrum, Binance, Metis, Avalanche, Linea, Base, and Ethereum.
- Additionally, Ethos Reserve on Optimism will be discontinued.
The only deployment of “Granary” and “Ethos” technology remaining will be Ironclad, which itself is maturing with a Base deployment of Liquity V2. Otherwise, energy will centre around Cod3x Create and the Sophon campaign, cdxUSD, and Cod3x Lend.
Ironclad has gone through some turbulent times with the Ionic exploit contagion spreading throughout the network, and we are still working towards a resolution to mitigate the damage done post-exploit. Nevertheless we are forging ahead with Liquity v2 on Base which will, undoubtedly, go extremely hard.

And that’s a wrap on February! From the DeFAI Summit to Cod3x Create upgrades and the $CDX token launch, we’ve made some big moves. But we’re just getting started.
